I would like to know of any supplements that are like streriods but without the side effects. I have a small frame and even though I am pretty strong I don't have that much muscle mass and would like to bulk up quickly.

"Bulking up" takes proper diet, exercise regime, and time. There is no magic pill out there that will make you big without putting in the time----including roids. Do you research on a bulking diet.Originally Posted by boxer15

Exactly what everybody else has been saying. Protein, Creating, you could use a natty booster as well if youd like. They wont give you steroid like gains by any means but they will certainly help you lose fat/gain lean muscle.
Next best thing Prohormone but basically a steroid as well

For bulking you can't beat beef (steak, ground beef, etc). Even with chicken.
