Start trying hard in school if you haven't. It's important and not too late for college.
Don't listen to these miscers that say college is complete bull****. For 98% of people, its required to be successful.
That said, I wouldn't suggest going to a mediocre school with 42k in debt a year, try to get a scholarship, try to minimize loans (I got lazy with scholarship apps after I was accepted and regret it today), and remember the name does matter (sometimes).
If I could do HS all over again, I would have started lifting sooner and played football.Human Flag in 2011.

For every activity you truly care about and or devote your life to, get a mentor...They can save you a lot of wasted time and open up doors that would have been closed to you.
But if you listen real close, you can hear them whisper their legacy to you. Go on, lean in. Listen, you hear it? - - Carpe - - hear it? - - Carpe, carpe Landīca, seize IT boys, make your lives extraordinary.

1. Read a lot. It will improve your writing skills without you even knowing it.
2. Eat your veggies and drink lots of milk.
3. Work hard in school and don't fall into the high school cliques..remember that all of the nerds will be make 10k a day and all of the partyers will one day be working dead-end jobs (srs).
4. Start researching universities and programs early
5. Get involved in high schoolLeafs, Raptors, Jays, umad?

priorities:
1. academics (getting into a good college and keeping your options open for when you decide what you want to do in life
BIG GAP
2. athletics - whatever sport you play, go hard
3. secure a large group of friends. be really out going and affectionate with girls in all situations.
and always remember you will regret the stuff that you didn't do more than you regret the stuff that you did do.
bonus: and read the newspaper and headlines online and stuff, seriously stay informed. most high school seniors don't know what the fck is going on outside of their stupid ****ing bubble.
