You could try ICF 5x5 and see how it goes, but either way your gonna have to do deadlifts since it is an important exercise, if after a couple weeks on ICF you think the volume is too much and its affecting your progression than look into doing all pros which has a slower strength progression but just as good for mass as ICF.

if you're worried about form, a simple youtube search would give you proper form better than any person in the gym. All movements broken down into pieces. Really not hard. Deadlifting and squatting are the holy grails
(PR / Goal)
Back Squat ATG high bar : 315 / 405
Deadlift: 445 / 500+
Snatch: 165 / 245
Power Clean: 245 / 315
Clean and jerk : 225 / 315
Pull ups: bodyweight + 90 lbs
Dips: bodyweight + 100 lbs
