Thu- Rest
Fri- Legs
Sat- Abs
I heard somewhere that three big body parts consecutively is bad… I feel like when I put shoulders too close to chest day, it screws up my bench and I can't get a clear reading of my progress.

It's bad. Fairly typical bro split. If you're not an intermediate/advanced lifter, which you are not if you are posting this, you should be hitting every muscle group 2x-3x a week, with a lower volume then I can only guess you're doing right now. Look into
Full Body 3x a week
Upper/Lower 4x week
Push/Pull/Legs 6x week
There are many routines available on this forum.
Oh yeah, and the number one thing you need to do if you are bulking is eat. You have to eat enough to gain weight, and continuously increase your calories as your weight starts to level off.*You cant win the game if you're too scared to play*
