    Royal Marine Commando Diet

    Saw this diet and i no someone that did it last year and was wondering if it was any good they lost alot of weight but i wasnt sure if that was mostly muscle due to the calorie deficit so i was wondering if you guys think this diet is any good


    Day 1

    3 eggs

    3 eggs

    3 eggs


    Day 2

    1 egg or grapefruit

    Fresh fruit salad

    Steak, Tomatoes, Celery and cottage cheese


    Day 3

    1 egg or grapefruit

    Fish, Tomatoes, spinach and Salad

    Lean Lamb chops, tomatoes and salad


    Day 4

    1 egg or grapefruit

    Green salad and tomatoes

    3 eggs and dried toast


    Day 5

    1 egg or grapefruit

    Fish, Tomatoes, and Salad

    Lean ham salad, tomatoes and spinach


    Day 6

    1 egg or grapefruit

    3 eggs dried toast

    Steak Celery, tomatoes and cottage cheese


    Day 7

    1 egg or grapefruit

    Fresh fruit salad

    Lean lamb chops salad and tomatoes

    Repeat again for week 2

    Black coffee, water or pure lemon juice can be taken with the meal

    Eat exactly what is stated where amount are stated, where they are not eat as much as you want.

    DO NOT EAT BETWEEN MEALS

    No dressings or sauces only vinegar is allowed

    Do not carry out for more than 2 weeks, DO NOT use this diet more than four times a year. There should be a loss of up to 2 stones, variations of the die will have a MAJOR effect on the amount of weight you lose.

    Weight yourself at the beginning and at the very end of the diet


    Also would this diet be any good for me to do for 1 week i am 5ft 11 13st 2 and 19%bf
    i will be doing this diet in a few weeks if u think it is any good in february half term when im not at school

    yea i am in a calorie deficit of 500 cals atm and loosing a pound a week so far in 3rd week but was just wondering if it would be good for me to do it for a week

    Best advice for "diets":

    Avoid any "diet" with a name. Any diet with a name is probably just a gimmick that will either not work or not work in a healthy way.

    ^ This. Some named diets are reasonable ... but that's a good rule of thumb to follow.

    Eat clean, watch your calories, and hit your macros.

    No need to make it more difficult.
    Lifts:
    Bench: 305lb
    Deadlift: 415lb
    Dip: bodyweight + 230lb
    Pull-up: bodyweight x2
