On a more serious note, raisins (or dried fruit in general) are very calorically dense. 1/4 cup is about 130 kcals and it is mostly simple sugar. If I were you I would stick to whole/unprocessed fruit. You will be able to eat more (volume wise) and this will keep you more satisfied. 1/4 cup of raisins isn't much...

If I eat whatever I want, just to get my calories right, I will not lose weight as fast as I am now.
For example, when my carbs are too high, I won't drop weight as fast.
I know raisins are a decent carb source, but was just wondering wether or not it would be good in a cut since all of the carbs are sugar.++Positive Crew++
