There is no getting around it for ME. Cheese must go with eggs to get them down. Been doing omelets with veggies but its missing something. In b4 Ronnie Coleman.

Eggs without cheese, the horror
Distraction is an obstruction for the construction.
“The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultraviolence.”

Nothing wrong with cheese, but there is plenty of other things you can do. Catchup, hot sauce, salsa, i love cottage cheese with salsa on my eggs, and plenty more, just mix it up dood, don't get bored with it, if you don't like eggs don't eat em, but they are a cheap and easy source of protein

Sautee veggies for 5 minutes. Add eggs. Salt and pepper while scrambling, just a bit of cheese as the eggs are almost done (less when cutting but enough to get a hint of it... strong cheddar, less is more) dump on a plate, top with salsa! (4 calories per tablespoon).
Salsa and chicken sautee'd together is also a great meal.I LIFT THINGS UP AND PUT THEM DOWN! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-cpojkILO0
