My weight is up and down like a yo-yo. I have considered Fat burners. Should they be used when you are obese or at the end when you are trying to shed the last few pounds of your goal?
I have tried Lipo-6, but don't see much other than elevated BP and hot flashes.

the supplement isn't going to do anything if you aren't eating right and exercising. you are just throwing money away at a pill if you aren't eating right and exercising.
but if we assume you are eating right and exercising often, i wouldn't ever rly see a "bad" time to take it. If you feel you want one and you are doing things correctly, go ahead. I usually take a few weeks off after a bottle, to give my body a rest.Certified Exercise Physiologist

You should use a fat burner when you are looking to cut fat and have a proper training regimen as well as diet in play. If your weight is constantly going up and down, then you do not have a consistent diet, and first must change that before you will see any actual results. Once that is all set, then incorporate a fat burner.
