Ive been making this awesome sauce and putting it on my salmon and chicken, its simply amazing. After trying dozens of recipes, this one takes the cake.
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp distilled vinegar
- 2 tbsp thin soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, crushed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
reduce paprika and cayenne to 1/4 if you find it too spicy.
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the (cooked) salmon, chicken, or steak, cover with the sauce. Serve.
I've had this sauce every night for a week now, haven't noticed any water retention from the salt in the soy sauce, and have been pounding down 16-24oz of chicken in a matter of minutes its so good. Give it a try

Nice. This sounds like something I might want to make in mass for storage in the fridge.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
