OxyElite! I have found it cheapest on AMAZON. I know everyone talks about diet and exercise and that's true on the most fundamental level. However, for people who need that little push to get through your work out, I recommend it. I don't know about the fat burning part, but I can tell you that it increases my energy and decreases my appetite!

I find it incredible how many people like OEP. I found no success at all with it. No appetite suppression and certainly no energy boost, but then again I'm super caffeine tolerant for no reason (had about 15 cups of coffee total in my life), even three scoops of jack3d did nothing for me. No apparent boost in weight loss either. Apparently a bunch of other people like it though.

I've used the regular Lipo 6 and that worked pretty well for me a year ago..... then I lost all eating and training habits...... not going to go into my back round story. but a month or two ago I tried Hemo rage as my pre-workout, Made me dizzy about an hour after my workouts, but that's just me. because my cousin uses Hemo rage and works great for him. now I use jack3d, one or two scoops of that and a banana gives me great training sessions. I'm going to see what would happen if I stopped using Jack3d for a week and try just the banana.
