    Yeah strong warm-up. If you want to hit some heavier triples, do fewer reps on warm-ups. Try your heavier sets before burning out your chest with 6 working sets lol.

    that plus cutting, i wouldnt worry too much about it brah but then again this is the misc where everyone could bench 225 for a clean set of 10 before they even started lifting
