The question is why are you in the Sauna? Are you in there to relax? Or are you in there because you are trying to cut weight? If you're in there to relax than that is cool, just make sure to rehydrate when you get out. If you're in there to cut weight than you are only hurting your body and losing water weight, not body fat.
