    You should be fine at 30 minutes. There isn't any reason to stay past that though.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    The question is why are you in the Sauna? Are you in there to relax? Or are you in there because you are trying to cut weight? If you're in there to relax than that is cool, just make sure to rehydrate when you get out. If you're in there to cut weight than you are only hurting your body and losing water weight, not body fat.

    Well I used to walk around for four hours at a time with about 90lbs worth of gear covered from head to toe in 140 degree temps. I think I am alright. Just remember to rehydrate.
