    i lift fairly heavy and take fish oil (no multi)

    test levels fine. I'm only 16, I've started to grow proper hair all round my neck, I can fap consecutively with ease etc

    srs I'm fine, cardio is boxing pretty much - training/sparring so I'm not cutting it out.

    Nothing inherently wrong with it, however if you wish to gain mass then you need a caloric surplus which will be harder to attain if you maintain high levels of cardiovascular exercise alongside your weight training regimen.

    well yeah I could drink mercury and really **** up my insides but I'm not going to, just like I'm not going to overdose protein everyday and wear my insides down.

    How many grams of carbs/fat are you taking in on avg per day? Since you don't want to cut cardio out or cut down on it you're going to need to intake more calories. I'd say 240/day sounds about right. Also show us what your lifting schedule looks like. You could be doing too many sets/reps if you're trying to gain.

    Monday - Boxing
    Tuesday - Lift
    Wednesday - Boxing
    Thursday - Lift
    Friday - Boxing
    Saturday - Lift
    Sunday - Lift

    I don't feel tired and can usually put in 100% in every workout, I have recently increased diet to do this regime - **** overtraining, I'm fairly sedentary when not exercising anyway.

    Anyways, boxing sessions are like 1-1.5 hours long and I eat peanuts + bread after. resume diet as normal before/after boxing. Diet is mainly milk, whey protein, peanuts, bread, meat, eggs etc

    Lifting sessions are usually around 6-8 exercises, 3 sets per, rep ranges around 5-12

    EDIT: so I should eat 240g of protein a day instead of 180g?

    A lot of the broscientist on this board think they can somehow burn major cals with cardio, even though Lyle M, Martin B., and I'm sure others say it is too insignificant to worry about.
