    how much protein per meal?

    Can i have as much protein as i want in a meal or will my body not digest or use it all?

    your body is a smart machine and meal frequency is a myth. all that matters is the numbers at the end of the day so go for it, eat as much protein per meal as you want.

    I would say that you could have as protein as you want per meal. However, don't go overboard. Don't have meals of ONLY protein - be sure to include carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, etc.

    Too much protein can affect the liver in a negative way so for your weight, try 1.5 of protein per bodyweight so you'd need close to 200 grams of protein in a day and around 400 grams of carbs. Stick with healthy fats too.

    Your body will piss out excess protein... Honestly you don't need to eat a ton of protein to get big your body is about 70% water, so you don't need to take in 200% protein. The correct amount of protein for someone who weighs 200 pounds should only be 75 grams a day or about 36% of your body weight in grams. Water is key and u got to hydrate.

    And it is true too much protein is bad for the liver and kidneys

    1.5 - 2 gms per pound of body weight, spread over all of your meals. Your body won't be able to absorb/use more than about 50 gms at a time.

    people on warrior/IF diets are eating more than 200g of proteins within a small period of time, and many have experienced great results!
    your body will store the extra for later usage, dont worry you can have as many grams as you wish within your macros ratio
    IIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health

    There's allot of debate on whether or not your body can really use mass amounts of fiber.

    But being realistic, there's no set number on how much you can or can't use. I just try and spread it out evenly throughout the day.

    meal frequency is a myth over hyped from magazines, unless your a pro bodybuilder you don't need to be eating every 2-3 hours. humans have adapted to intermediate fasting compared to grazing. just do whatever you want as long as at the end of the day you've reached your macros, all that really matters the rest is whatever is most convenient for you.
