Weighed in at 186lbs, Arms are 16's, Forearms 14 or 13's dont remember, Quads are 25's, Calves are 17's

I dont know what its called but i do 2 workouts for them, one is Reverse Grip and the other is some rolling movement that involves the wrist, Hammers curls work good too.

Just started workoing traps hard like a couple weeks ago, had 15's Calves before i walked into a gym, Also just started doing Abs serious a couple weeks ago, and I do skull Crushers i have pretty big triceps.
