PR Hacksquats 4 plates (after doing bb squats 315x5; 315x4; 315x3)
Leg extentions 250 + 2 yes 2 45lbs plates. Had to mcguiver it. now the pin is bent.

This is after not training legs hard for almost 3 months due to pinch nerve in back. I had to go light on the squats I didnt want to re-injure myself.
