I am beginning to workout(again). I go on and off but this time I have a real gym to go to(not just push-ups and pull-ups). I weigh 159 and am a good bit fat. I want to lose the fat but gain some mass you know? So I am doing a 3 week "warm up" program to get my muscles and tendons used to the weight by doing some moderate weight to get my body used to the weight before I try to outdo myself.
Anywho I am looking for a cardio and weight program do meet my goals after I finish up my warm up workout program. Any suggestions or help? Also is there a good diet link, so I can create a good diet adjusted for my goals?
