Hey yall-I'm new here and don't know much so please help.
I'm a high school freshman. I kick for our football team. I need leg speed to get more distance on my kick. What are some good workouts to build leg quickness?
Also: How can I build better agility?
How can I build more upper body strength?
How can i increase my vertical jump?
Thanks for any answers. Peace

Dlift, Squat, Bench Press. And maybe some olympic lifts.
You want force. As a martial artist, leg power is crucial. Squat, Squat, Squat. Heavy, but safely."I Am a God in Amnesia....and Im Just Finally Starting To Remember" the great Sam Rattan, December 21,2012

That site has the actual program and it pretty much sums it up. Its made for helping your vertical, but it makes you quicker. Trust me! I used Air Alert 2 when I played high school sports and it helped me a ton. Starting the Air Alert 3 program tomorrow.Last edited by Cod; 06-01-2003 at 05:13 PM.
