How much caffeine and creatine is in MP Assault?

I pm'ed a rep to get the answer. They've also posted it on here a couple times.

It's 150mg of Caffeine per serving, 300mg in 1 scoop

not sure about the Creatine, but it's a generous amount

also has 4g's of Beta Alanine...but that's in 1 full scoop

I'm thinking of taking it w/ Xtend as my next stack...my only problem is I like to keep my Caffeine under 200mg's, so I'll probably have to opt for 1/2 scoop.

Unless a rep comes in this thread and discloses it, you will never know. Even then, you will have to take the rep's "word" for it, as it is all hidden in a prop blend.

There's some. Cellucor's C4 Extreme isn't a propriety blend if i'm not mistaken. But, that has a good amount of 1,3 Dimeth in it.

I was told 300mg in a full scoop. Serving size is based on a half scoop though...

i've seen people state that there is 5 grams of creatine per serving in assault more than once so that seems like enough. But like the poster above me said there is no way to be completely sure i guess

the new advertisment on Bodybuilding.com states 5g creatine 4g Beta alanine. My guess is somewhere between 200-300mg caffiene per scoop

thats what I've been using, with some success, but I like the placebo of an actual "preworkout product". Shiny tub sitting on the counter, the fun colors produced by the petroleum-based dyes, it all gets me pumped up for the gym.

Only 10mg of 1,3 per serving, lowest i've seen for any pre that contains the ingredient.

Actually, that's inaccurate even though I can understand where the confusion may come from.

If an "official" rep discloses how much caffeine is in his product then it needs to be 100% from a legal standpoint. Anything he/she chooses to say is official if they are employed by MP. Therefore, there is legal liability and telling us something that is untrue could easily lead to a lawsuit. Caffeine is very dangerous and regardless of any disclaimers on the bottle about it's dangers - telling someone that there is less than there really is could hurt a person pretty badly and lead to one heck of a lawsuit.

I'm not only writing this for your sake but as a reminder to any of the reps that are on here.
