So i am in a general biology course for one of the gen ed credits and when class got out the professor some talking to some guy and i heard him say "that is why everyone takes creatine", he was talking about ATP and cells in class. Can anyone comment on this? sorry for the vague question, i just didnt hear much of the conversation.

Why wouldn't you just ask your professor instead of asking an internet forum? Umm... ?

correction .. creatine uses up stored atp coz your body stores it for energy and your body already makes creatine bout 1-2 grams a day

Ah, got ya. But yes, creatine increases ATP and the more creatine in the muscle the more ATP generated. After ATP releases energy (phosphate) it becomes ADP, creatine phosphate swoops in and turns the ADP back in to ATP.
