hi all . let me tell u my background . i was a so skinny and as soon as i went to gym , i became better and in a good shape of course ! so i have been working out for about 4 months in the gym . you know what people? i'm greedy , i need a big and strong body as soon as possible . so i just thought may be you could give me strong training program to start over with . i really appreciate it . thnx
