Did anyone die in your Highschool?

Im a junior right now, and so far out of the 1,200+ students, no one has died/committed suicide, etc. I would expect atleast 1 suicide, especially a death or two. I live in a middle class town if that makes a difference.

Edit: Small HS, ~350 kids. At least 2 deaths while I was there.

I went to a small high school, all of us living on a private campus, so I guess the chances were much smaller. In college though, of the couple thousand of us here someone dies every few months. It sucks to get an email from our president of an "unfortunate occurrence," especially when it's someone you know.

yes, a guy i knew(more of an acquaintance) in middle/high school lost his fight with cancer a few months ago.

Yea in my freshman year some junior chick died after getting ran over (twice) while she was bike riding

her locker was right next to mine too

dam that sucks. How do they usually die? alcohol poisoning? drunk driving?

Guy died in a car wreck and the year after I graduated there was a school shooting - I believe it was in Time.

It wasn't long after Columbine.

yes, one kid was on drugs or something(****ed up kid) and he lit himself onfire
just this year a girl died from an infection, had strep thoat or something and the doctors misdiagnosed it and she died
and a kid from last year who graduated died in a car crash this year, half the school knew him

guy hung himself freshman year

guy got hit by a boat while swimming that chopped his leg off at the HIP and came within minutes of dying on his living room floor. he was the goalie for my lacrosse team, pretty good friend. now hes crazy and skis etc. with a prosthetic. what a trooper

also, my ex gf who was a cancer survivor from a really young age randomly died of a stroke because her heart wasn't big enough or some sh!t. depressing as fukk.

a kid in my grade got into a car accident on his way to school while driving his best friend and little brother

he didnt make it, and the other two got roughed up badly. they're ok now though

it was really sad

in middle school a student jumped off her 14th story balcony to commit suicide (srs)

last year of highschool girl was in the passenger seat of a guy drinking and driving, hit an oncoming car

yep a few. one of my friends' older brothers was a fisherman who's boat got lost at sea and was never found.

edit: a couple of kids died in car crashes while we were actually in school though.

The only one I can remember is one of the kids on the football team had a heart murmur or something like that and died at the game. Some other kid made fun of him and got his ass whooped by like 50 people at once. Vid is somewhere on youtube, but I have no idea what it's under.

Yup, school of like 600 kids. One girl got in a car accident at Christmas time by some stupid drunk truck driver and killed her, her parents and brother.. Another guy got shot, he was the school's gangster..

i have had 3 friends that died. 1 from drunk car accident.....2 were shot dead.

Yes. 2 suicides, 5 in car accidents (3 in the same car). Oh, and I forgot about another. Diving accident, smashed his skull at the public pool.

two best friends (one was an associate) ended up getting in a fatal car accident not even a month after one of the kids moms just bought him a suped up 350z

another dude semi friend of mine died in his sleep due to "cheese" or heroin or w.e

another girl, friends gf, died in an accident. on the way to vacation, her and her friends were drinking on the road trip, the girl driving dropped her phone, bent down to pick it up, looked up and bam car. the girl who died flew out the window, was not wearing a seat belt.

another kid, did not know him, got hit by a car.

Yup. I graduated in 2002. Everybody from the classes before me and after , somebody died


My class, one of my friends died on a bike and another one died from chocking on his own puke.

Class before me, suicide, cancer, class after me car accident, etc etc

My prom date died from Leukemia (100% srs) approximately 2 years after high school. Found out about it from a friend only after she had passed

2 twin brothers both got paralyzed during sophomore year driving 70 MPH in a 35MPH zone. They have to type on a laptop to communicate with people. I don't know what they're up to now adays, it's been like 6 years.

Only 1 while I was in HS. We had about 600 people per class too. He was the gym teachers son and flipped his ATV.
