    Beer... yes...or no

I have been researching the use of beer post workouts. I have seen mixed feelings on it. Whats the verdict? Is a beer helpful or harmful?

You've done the research. Explain how it would be helpful.

The main thing Ive seen on why beer could possibly be more efficient then your regular sports drink is because its amount of antioxidants found in it. which provides the body with a quicker recovery than other sports drinks that may have different nutrients for the body but not giving the right nutrients needed for that specific workout done.

I would say negligibly harmful, unless short on calories for your bulk, then possibly helpful. (Drinking a Sierra Nevada Tor**** IPA as I write this)
