I take superpump 250, but I really don't like the way it feels after the workout. Plus, I'm pretty paranoid about the effects of preworkout supplements. What supplement, 1. is caffeine free and 2. has little to no additional health problems. I like superpump a lot, but right now I only do it for my big lift days (squats, bench press, deadlift) and I wouldn't mind taking something for the other days as well.

wasn't aware that many preworkouts caused health problems?
aside from being a little edgy due to stims they aren't going to hurt you.
let me continue by saying, you tried the WORST preworkout supp on the market IMO.
I've never had a ****tier supplement. So it could just be a bad experience with that
So try something else. NO xplode has a caff free version if you're that concerned about caffeine content. And if you do some searching you can find other stim free supps.

The bottom line is obvious. Learn your disciplines. Learn all the vocabulary. Know the published literature. But always be open to an unexpected source of information that just might enrich your understanding of why something does what it does. There are many Shamans (;-) scattered around the world. Search for them.

you should see my Green Bulge...haha. But seriously...i think assault is a very good one because it is very easy on my stomach and doesnt have anything sketchy in the ingredient profile. Pre workouts wont hurt you besides having stim related side effects...remember...people smoke and drink alcohol on a regular basis and they are still alive...
