What would be the best?
Okay I've been over weight my whole life, I didn't eat much but I would stay home and drink about a 12pack of coke a day.. So I started working out 2weeks and 3days ago. My diet is egg whites in the morning a protein shake for a snack before workout, then 30mins after work out, Then lunch is a PB&J sandwich, then a other snack is apple then dinner. then maybe a other protein shake for my last snack of the day! I started at 267 pounds and I am now at 255 in 2weeks! What I want to know is if this is a good diet or not? What I want to do is gain muscle and lose the fat, I do about 45mins of lifting then 60mins cardio after that I will swim or play some basketball... Or would I be better off just doing the HCG diet and losing the fat then building muscle? Or should I just keep doing what I am doing?
