    what supplement should iadd into my diet?

    right now i take iso gainer, and purple k. i am getting bigger, but not as much as i would want to. i lack energy at times, and sometimes i just dont eat enough. Do you guys think i should take whey? or something like jack3d? thanks

    I would recommend you looking into creatine first off because it is extremely beneficial with no bad side effects, and Bcaas as well will help you, as for the eating youl just have to work it out so you can eat more or you wont grow.

    jack3d is fun for maybe a first time use.. or any preworkout for that matter..
    but its not something you can ride onto an awesome body..
    ...add food into your diet sounds like what you need really.. I would have told you this straight up, but im sure like 10 other people will say it

    all the supplements in the world won't help much if you don't eat enough, maybe get a good weight gainer if its hard for you to get in your calories.
    food>multi-vitamin/whey>creatine>pre-workouts
