I'm tempted to make a run to costco this weekend to see what kind of burgers they have. Used to do turkey burgers and were nom nom nom. These are spinach chicken sausages and are damn delicious.

Gym -> pre game while bo -> go out

If sausages fit your macros then they are no problem. Post WO i usually eat 4 hard boiled eggs, 2 mashed into a sammich, 2 just as they are and a glass of milk.
And gomez get on BO or your anus could not possibly begin to be prepared for the pain.

What's your brahs post workout meals? I really don't know how much longer I can eat these hyooge plain chicken breasts and rice. Are sausages bad? I've always had a love for hot dogs and found some in the fridge. 5g fat 2g sat fat 15g protein per link.

22 oz chicken breast
6 cups of broccoli
2 cookies
3 tbsp of PB
1 slice of white bread

I had some more stuff after that, but that was most of the meal....

I haven't been able to play new games for months. THe last time it worked was probably the last time I played with you guys on Black Ops. It won't play new games (past the release of NCAA 11 and Madden 11). Games released later, Black Ops and on, will not play for some reason. I've tried about every trick in the book and finally ordered a new laser after doing some reading. Hoping it works because there's some new games I'd like to try, along with playing with my fav. crew.
