    I began taking OxyElite Pro on January 5th. I started at 1 pill in the morning 30 minutes before my first meal,

    as directly prescribed on the bottle. I continued this dose for the first 5 days, after which I increased the

    dose to 2 pills a day, one 30 minutes before my first meal and one 5-6 hours later, also as directly prescribed

    on the bottle. As the graphs attached will show, the only real change occurred after taking 2 per day. I

    stopped taking OxyElite after 10 more days , for a total of 15 days on the supplement. I did not increase

    to the maximum dosage of 3 pills per day because I didn't want the crash to be any harder than it had to be. The

    day after I stopped taking the supplement I had headaches all day. This was expected as that is normal

    of caffeine withdrawal and I have experienced it before. I did not lose any sleep on this. Another fact to consider

    is that I am a two cup/day black coffee drinker and am already tolerant to caffeine, but the thermogenic

    increase should have been the same. I did not feel noticeably warmer, nor did I sweat more during working out.

    These graphs are evidence of the pill having an effect, regardless how insignificant the effect was.

    My nutrition was the same before, during, and after I was on the supplement as well as my workout routine (which was

    5 days a week). Within 5 days after stopping this supplement, I returned to my weight and percentages

    that I was at before I took it. I have no recommendation on wether you should take this supplement or not, This is

    simply an objective case study of OxyElite Pro.

    Pretty good. I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks on oxyelite and my diet has not been totally clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

    I have been taking it since January 23. I have lost 5 pounds in one week. However, I am also doing 35-50 minutes of Cardio and trying to clean up my diet. I haven't uped the dosage to two pills yet. I don't see a reason to do this, yet. Five pounds in one week is a high amount of weight loss. WIthout supplements it had taken me 3 weeks to lose 3 pounds.

    My husband can't tolerate the drug. It gives him headaches and he has not lost any weight.
