Protein shake while trying to lose weight.

Which protein shake is the best when trying to lose weight? Optimally I would like one that tastes good, has some fiber, not much fat and calories, and of course has a good source of protein. Thanks

Almost any quality protein shake will have low fat, carbs, and high protein so for 25g of protein and a few misc. grams of carbs you'll be around 150 cals...not bad at all. Add some of ON's fitness fiber in if you'd like.

Ive been using Extreme 60 Amp for about 2 years now but just switched to Myofusion. I thought the Extreme 60 tasted considerably better (vanilla) and had a few less calories than the Myofusion. But if you really dont like the taste of something, you could mix in some PB2 (powdered peanut butter) to help with the taste (and only has like 54 calories for 2 tbls as opposed to regular peanut butter which is 190 calories for 2 tbls)

Agreed^^ the only 2 I ever use,I spent months trying crap after crap taste wise then bought myofusion vanilla, beautiful like butterscotch and thicker than most wheys, almost like a milkshake.I cant imagine trying anything else now to be honest.I have to disagree with the above posters for me ON gold standard whey is vile but its all down to personal preference its just like drinking flavoured water and not nice flavoured water, plus where I am in UK myofusion is very reasonable

ON CASEIN tastes fantastic as well and fills you up much more than whey, the myofusion is similar because its a blend it is nicer to drink and fills you up a bit more as well
You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
