    New to site

Hello Everyone! I am new to this site and what a great site it is! Lots of great information to take in.

My husband and I are marathon runners and I'm currently 25 pounds overweight. I'm looking to lose those pounds so that I can become a lighter runner, ultimately, leading to being faster.

We joined a gym and have started weight training. I'm still confused/trying to figure out calories, carbs/fat/protein percentages, weight training workouts, etc.

Anyway, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. Nice meeting you all!
