My Dad is like that. I am practically a minority in my hometown, and my old man is very accepting of other cultures/races w.e. But if he gets stuck behind a slow driver he will go off like there is no tomorrow, assuming the driver is female, asian, or both.

If you feel racist, but you are not racist - then it simply means you need to address some subtle racist attitudes you have, that you are not completely aware of. Its good that you can identify the racist feeling within you, that shows you are aware that its NOT good to have those feelings. So that is an obvious step in the right direction.

No OP, sometimes foreigners piss me off too. Even if they are the same ethnicity as me as long as they weren't born here, they seem to do some annoying **** that would be acceptable back where they came from, but is annoying as hell here (ie. Riding their bicycle in a car lane and having a face that literally says "not a single **** was given that day" or blasting their music on the subway in another language on some crappy cell phone while their friends sing along like its karaoke.)
