Right now, I only really have time on saturday and sunday for cardio. Cardio as in, Doing 20 min on a treadmill. Like sprinting for a minute, then walking for 2 minutes. Rinse and repeat until about 20 minutes.
Is this enough to increase my stamina 2x a week? Or should I try my best to do 3x a week?

I like how you're doing cardio for stamina and cardiovascular health unlike most of the people here.
But 2x a week is fine as long as you keep making progress. If 2x a week is all you have time for, for cardio, then leave it at that. But if you can fit in more than 2x a week go for it. Don't shape your life around the gym, shape the gym around your life.145lb/66kg Junior powerlifter (22 y/o)

The weather isn't the best here. It gets either really hot or really cold. Not to much my skin is really sensitive to the sun if I am out for too long. With a treadmill, there A/C in my gym, no distractions, no cars, no bugs hitting my face etc. Plus I am already at the gym on saturday and sunday for lifting so may as well use the treadmills there.
