I was getting discouraged because I haven't seen much improvement in how I look and my measurements haven't changed much if at all. Just for the hell of it I decided to take a progress pic. (7 weeks since my day one pic.) and boy was I surprised. Yes my measurements are the same, but less fat/more muscle means more definition and looking better. I have a long way to go but I am really surprised how much better 22% bf looks than 25%. My goal is 15% by May 1. Comparing the 2 pics was exactly what I needed to keep me going if not make me try even harder.
