    Is this a good meal plan?

    7am- 4 waffles, 1 orange

    9am- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of high protien low fat yogurt, 1 tbs flax seed oil

    11am- 4oz grilled chicken, 1 cup of yams, 1 cup of brocolli, 1 cup of milk

    230pm- snack bar & banana

    530pm- 2cups spinach, 1 can of tuna, 1 orange

    630 workout (power bar)

    830- 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup cottage cheese, raisins & walnuts


    Is this good enough? I stick with these exact meals and nothing else, Im trying to gain muscle weight

    Some protein at breakfast might be good to add. As far as it being enough, that all will depend on your metabolism, which you'll have to figure out by trial and error! Good luck.
