meal 3- 4 bean mix and tuna and brocolli
meal 4- wholemeal pasta and mince meat
post workout shake
meal 5- steak and green vegetables
meal 6- cottage cheese and sardines before bed
snack on almonds and protein bars throughout the day
whats the best diet for getting lean and shredded? mirin
MEAL #1
2 whole Eggs with 6 egg whites
MEAL #2
35g Whey protein Isolate with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
MEAL #3
6oz chicken (ostrich, or turkey) with 1/4-cup (1oz) cashew nuts, or almonds, or walnuts (vary it)
MEAL #4
5oz salmon, swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, red peppers, or carrots) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Mac Nut Oil and vinegar
MEAL #5
35g Whey Protein Isolate with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 2 whole (OMEGA-3) EGGS with 6 whites
**** You should have a cheat meal once per week (in place of meal #5).
HAVE YOUR CHEAT MEAL ON THE SAME DAY EVERY WEEK, last meal of the day so you dont cheat again.
when following the diet plan there can be NO starchy carbs eaten! (oats,rice,pasta etc)
Cardio:
CARDIO should be performed at a low intensity (under 120bpm heartrate). This will ensure that you use FAT as a fuelsource since as your heartrate increase,
carbohydrates begin to become the preferred fuel of choice for the body. When on a low carb diet, you're body will break down muscle and turn that into carbs.
Remember, Fat CANNOT be changed into carbs. Therefore, for bodybuilding, the rule of cardio should be LONG DURATION, LOW INTENSITY

Reality is he could replace all those complex carbs with white rice or pasta of the same caloric value and get 99 percent the same results. And the varied animal protein sources might as well be chicken breast bought in bulk.
Don't know why people see someone they want to look like and immediately want to know the exact details of their diet. Hit your caloric and macro goals and then worry about the other important stuff like working out hard and getting your rest.
If you really want to look like zyzz, ask for his cycle logs and pray you respond half as well to cell tech. And for god's sake don't worry about what legal supplements someone is taking, that is by far and away the least important part of the equation.

I admire what zyzz has done for himself but the guy spews so much phucking broscience its ridiculous. He juices and has amazing genetics. His plan does not and should not apply to everyone. Read some Lyle Macdonald or Alan Aragon articles, manage your calories and macros and thats it. Cardio's purpose is to burn calories....it can be sprinting or slow running.

Was thinking the exact same thing.. strong amounts of broscience.
The reason it works is because he is on a pretty substantial calorie deficit, while keeping protein high. Not because of some mysterious effect of carbs - or a ridiculous magic cardio zone..
don't forget all those exogenous androgens as well
