    Wrist Pain

For the last few months I have had terrible wrist pain. It occurs during any pressing lift as well as arm exercises.

I have trained forearms and wrists separately about 2x a week for the last month and the pain continues to occur. Because of this pain, I have limited the amount of arm exercises and presses I do as well as have given them time to rest. However, the pain continues to persist. Could this be a far more serious injury?

Does it hurt with a Pronated grip, Supinated grip, or both?
