    Best Whey for Cutting

In your opinion, which whey protein is the best for people on a cut?

Right now I'm considering ON 100% Gold Standard Whey.... just wanted to get feedback before I do it though.

    Thanks.
    - Food is my enemy; I'd rather die than to be fat.

    - Conversation with a friend while on a cut:
Friend: "C'mon Travis, eating (insert food here) won't kill you... you have to live a little. What if you die tomorrow?"
Me: "Then my casket would be easier to carry".

Doesn't really matter for most people. When, or if, the time arrives that you need pin-point accuracy with macro nutrients, down to the gram, which excludes 99.9% of recreational folk or new years resolutionary types, you may go with a zero carb whey mix such as Perfect or Nectar. The rest of the time, however, it just isn't worth the money.

Try out Dymatize whey they have low card low calorie protein shakes. But, as stated by the above people, it is better to access your diet first. Whey is only important if you couldn't hit your Macros per day with just eating.

But, in my experience I take whey protein for recovery and repair. And for the reason that I can't hit my macros with eating alone.

They are all pretty much similar.find one you like the taste of and fit it in your day.

I dont like ON because mixed with water its horrid too thin and weak.i prefer a protein blend anyway.
