Help needed.. no weight gained in months!

    hey guys,

i've been going 3-4 days a week to the gym for the past 4-5 months and I haven't gained any weight. I've been using superpump 250 but now I am using superpump max which is working better then 250 except gaining size. Also i've started gaspari myofusion for the past month or so.

    my routine is this:
    Monday – Legs/Shoulders
    Tuesday –Bicep, Back, Abs, Forearm
    Wednesday – Rest
    Thursday – Chest, Triceps
Friday – Bicep, Back, Abs, Forearm
    Saturday – Rest
    Sunday – Rest

I eat healthy and properly so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Im lifting heavier then i did as i started and im lifting the weight properly but I cannot gain any weight.

Have u guys got any suggestions?

    thanks and appreciate your help!

More whole food and more calories.

I was able to gain like 40 pounds in a year but recently got stuck and couldn't gain anymore. Looked at my nutrition and totally shoulda been eating more fat and more calories daily. Back on track.

Don't worry about getting fat, that was always my problem that i worried too much. But as long as your diet is somewhat clean your good to go.

    Eat eat eat!

Eat more food, it's as simple as that.

If your not gaining weight, you need an excess of calories to build muscle, which means you need to be eating enough to gain a small amount of weight each week.

Your weight is soley controlled by your diet, not your triaiing, lifting wieght will only determine what your body does with those excess calories.

eat more, rest more, the food will allow your body to gain weight and the rest will allow your body to build muscle.
