    Critique my new program or offer an alternative

    Ok, I'm taking a poster's suggestion and trying to lift each group twice a week. I'm trying to keep the volume reasonable while not missing anything. Let me know if I have my bases covered.

    Upper 1

    Flat BB Bench
    Incline DB Bench
    Pull ups
    DB Shrugs
    Machine low row
    DB Shoulder Press
    Seated Side Raises
    Standing Rear Raises
    BB Curl
    Close Grip Bench

    Lower 1

    Back Squat
    Reg Deadlift
    Leg Curl
    Seated calf raise
    Standing calf raise
    abs

    Upper 2

    Flat DB Press
    Incline BB Press
    Rack Pulls
    Pull Ups
    BB Row
    DB Shrugs
    Dips
    French Press
    Seated Hammer Curls

    Lower 2

    Back Squats
    RDL or Stiffies
    Leg Press
    Leg Curl
    Calves
    Abs

    Profit ????

    If not, I could use some specific advice to better my program. Thanks!

    I believe you were the poster who offered the advice! I was planning on doing 3 X 10 for 3 weeks, 4 X 6 for 3 weeks, 3 X8 for 3 weeks. Obviously that only applies to the compound lifts. How does that sound?
