my chest was always big, just didnt look big shirtless cause of fat. But when I wore a shirt, people could tell I have a big chest. I can wear a undershirt and a shirt over it, and people always tell me I have a big chest.

Oh my diet
Meal 1:
3 eggs Scrambled with salt and pepper.
1 tbsp Natty peanut Butter
Cals: 300
Meal 2:
2 Chicken Drumsticks Baked with any kind of no or low carb rub. I use Pam spray.
Spinach Salad with 1/8 tbsp of sunflower seeds and no sugar greek vinigratte dressing.
the chicken I weigh the meat and its usually 4 ounces. 4 ounces of drumstick meat is 180 cals with the fat on. My salad is 100 cals
Cals: 280
Meal 3:
protein Shake and 1 cup Alomd Milk
= 175 Cals
Meal 4 Post workout:
25 grams of carbs from Maltodextrose and 1 scoop protein powder
250 Cals
The carbs here dont count towards the carbs on the day as they serve to spike insulin only. I do count the cals though.
Meal 5:
Same as meal 2, maybe throw in some cheese.
Cals ~300
Meal 6:
1 Scoop trutein Casein/egg/isolate protein
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp natty peanut butter
275 cals
I throw in a Low carb yogurt or beef jerkey during the day, or maybe some nuts to hit 1800 cals.RIP mainsqueeze530

Nice cut dude, you look just like i did at the begging of my cut. keep up the good work. What did you eat daily? did you just keep it under 1800 cals or what?
It ain't about how much you lift. It's about how much you can lift and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!
