Had a basketball game in the evening and we won again so we are 5-3 and on our way to the Play offs.

good solid workout, started this new routine and not sure if im diggin the order since I just hit chest the day before and shoulders felt fried goin in to this...might have to look into rearranging the order of days :/

thanks bro, we actually met at the gym a year ago and I introduced her to macros and the rest is history! she loves this shh! cant wait for her step on stage...currently trying to get her to get a log going.
