Looking for exercises to stabalise glute med better during unilateral leg movements to stop contralateral pelvic drop and medial movement of the knee. I know about low box heel touchs i do these for 15-20 reps before leg workouts to activate them so they fire better during my sessions what other exercises are out there specifically for glute med??
