Posted this in the misc, but i remember a few people from the T-misc also wanted to know about my pizza diet, so here it is:
Aquire aesthetics by eating this clean muscle building/fat shedding pizza.
INGREDIENTS
You can use whatever you want, add cheese if you wish just whatever as long as it hits your desired macros, here are the ingredients i choose to use:
Wholemeal pita bread (must be wholemeal)

Size 14 chicken (1 chicken to every 6 pizzas, i make 12 pizzas at a time and eat 3 per day)
Spinich (High in potassium packed full of good vitamins and minerals)
Mushrooms (High in potassium and good source of Vitamin D)
Tomatos (High in potassium and Vitamin C)
Put it oven (Set oven to 200 on bake and put pizzas in for about 18 or so minutes depending on how hard you want the base)
Time to eat (add pepper if you wish)
MACROS BREAKDOWN PER PIZZA SERVING:
Protein = 50g
Carbohydrates = 45g
Fat = 5g
Total calories = 425
(Not counting trace calories such as protein found in the pita bread etc..)

that looks......
FCUKING AMAZINGImpossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world theyve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. Its an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. Its a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.
Went from 227LB -179LB, chiseling in progress....

You will aquire aesthetics by eating this.
Anything to be honnest whatever your tastebuds prefer, add cheese.
No problems with iot falling apart.
Casein chocolate supreme protein + 1 table spoon peanut butter + small amount of water (depending on how thick/runny you want it) put all in bowl mix it all up goes into like a chocolate/peanutbutter sludge, i make it quite thick.
Tastes ****ign awesome, yeah i just usualy leave it in the fridge, nope dosent get nasty. Can take pizza out of fridge in the morning eat it in the night and its still fine, i do this often when im out all day.
Lower carbs from other meals, i go moderate carbs when i cut.
I use to make stir-fry dish thing before this, was good but containers are a pain to take everywhere, much rather just chuck some pizzas in my bag and im good for the whole day.
