WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? I JUST STARTED THIS WORKOUT THIS WEEK.He also works outs his abs and forearms 3 times a week. I added my calfs 2-3 times a week along with my traps
Day 1: Legs
Superset Thigh Extensions w/ Leg Curls: 4 sets of 12-20 repetitions
Box Squats: 5 sets of 12 repetitions
Straight Leg Deadlifts: 4 sets of 10 repetitions
Calf Raises: 10 sets of 8-15 repetitions
Day 2: Chest
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Incline DB Bench Press: 5 sets of 6 repetitions
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Cable Crossovers: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Pushups: 10 sets of 10 every other week
Day 3: Back
Pulldowns: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 12 repetitions
T-Bar Rows: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Lower Back Ext: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Pullups: 1 set to failure
Day 4: Shoulders
Side Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Front Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Rear Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Arnold Presses: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Upright Rows: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Day 5: Triceps, Biceps
Pushdowns: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
French Curls: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Overhead Triceps Ext: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Closed Grip Pushdowns: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Alternating DB Curls: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Alternating DB Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Cable Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions

That's why i asked dickhole. I kind of had a feeling it was a bad idea to follow this routine. If we were all experts we wouldn't be asking questions.

Or else, I'm going to offer some different advice....
You should definitely not imitate a routine of a steroid using elite athlete/performer.

haha agreeing with everyone else, what you should remember (besides hes juiced) is that workout was made by a trainer personally for him(and its to fit his body, nutrition, all of that) so i would recommened look at it and see how you can personalize it yourslef, maybe take one or two excercises from it and build it from there
