    Firstly,

Secondly, it looks pretty solid. Protein/fat requirements are met and calorie intake seems to be set at a good level. The only thing I'd change is the 3 shakes a day. Whole foods are more filling, packed full of nutrients and still provide all the benefits if they have the same macro.

As long as you maintain minimal fat/protein requirements, sounds like a good idea.

Scrolled down to the most important part, the macros. I laughed. Down the protein. Also OP, food choices are not as important as overall macro breakdown and calories.

Where are all the veggies and fruit? I only see one serving. Make sure you are getting enough fiber or you will get constipated.

thanks for the reply guys hows this i take out the breakfast shake and add oatmeal like i said that would put carbs to about 280-300 and protein down to about 340g or would you still say more. just checked a macro nutrient calculator to see what you guys were saying and if i change it per your suggestions it puts me very close 40/40/20 which is good right. as per the veggies i have them at dinner and i do have more than 25 g of fiber, its in the toast, oatmeal and the veggies at dinner.

Dude if you weigh 158 and you're gonna be having 340g of protein a day, thats more than 2g/lb in one day.

If it's built on a 40/40/20 then your carbs should be at 340 as well.

your protein intake is too high, at ~160lbs you dont need 300+ grams of protein a day. Just take your weight and multiply by 1.5 and thats as much as you need.
fat intake seems reasonable, you may want to increase fat even more to make up for the protein deduction if you dont want to substitute too much carbs in there.

last thing, too many supplements brah. Eat some whole foods, not seeing cottage cheese/yogurt in there, can eat these instead of your pre-bed shake.
In morning you can have some more eggs/egg whites in place of the Myfusion protein shake, yes they taste good but still
IIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health
