    healthy breakfast?

For breakfast, I have a bowl of porridge and 3 whole eggs.

Is this healthy enough and packs enough? I used to have two slices of peanut butter on toast but replaced it with this combo.

    My basic meal plan is:
    1- porridge + 3 whole eggs
    2 -pb on toast
3 -postwo shake 2 scoops whey, 1 scoop dextro, 1 scoop oats
4 - turkey breast + rice and veggies (broccoli, sprouts, carrots) + pesto
    5 - chicken breast + rice + veggies + brrocoli + peppers + pesto
    6 - 2xtbsp peanut butter + 1 egg + turkey breast [can't find a casein source that i like )

Your breakfast is fine. Whether or not it's healthy or sufficient is based entirely on your macro and caloric needs for the day.

Nobody can give an adequate critique of your diet if you do not provide caloric value and macronutrient levels.

Eating six times a day is entirely unnecessary.

Casein before you go to bed is unnecessary.

i'm inside my calories, fats/protein/carbs all equal out.

i was questioning whether the foods were healthy or not and if i'm missing anything for vitamins etc.
