I've taken Jack3d, Super-Pump, and now I tried Ravage from GNC.. Gotta say it rocks! I don't remember much about Super-Pump, but I tried Jack3d once, and felt just like I drank a Monster energy drink, my heart felt a little weird and I felt week, my work-out partner same thing. He's taken Super-Pump before, and he says that Ravage is right up there with it, except the taste!
Ravage has quite the bitter taste, not sure how to explain it, but just chug! It gives a good pump, and have never felt a real crash afterwards, hit the gym hard, and usually still pretty good energy the rest of the evening. I don't get jittery or weak at all like other energy supplements often do. For the bad part, me and 3 other people have tried it, they all say they get this itch all over or whatever, not sure how to say it. For me that part hasn't been that bad..
I will say I really like this stuff though, it works, and I would recommend it to anybody.

ravage is....ok
So i've taken no xplode, nano vapor and jack3d and like somethings about them but disliked others. I recently bought ravage last month and honestly am not a big fan of it. The first time i took ravage my body became itchy, my face burning and my toungue felt swollen and on fire (and yes i took the reccommended amount). I bought the fruit punch and it honestly tastes like theres tobasco sauce and celery extract in it because thats all i smell after mixing. The first week it gave me the boost i needed but after a while my body got used to it and i dont feel that energetic feeling i need in the morning. Another thing that i dont like is that the only instructions is to take it 30-60 minutes before hand. I feel thats a very open window of time to set in and also the bottle does not specify to take it on an empty or full stomach(ive been taking it on an empty stomach to speed up absorption). Although it does make you look bigger due to the vasodialators and water retention, i would stick to a product like jack3d personally, since i got more energy out of it and it had a much better taste.

thats how i felt on jack3d as far as i felt itchy and jittery. i thought i was having an allergic reaction at first and started freaking out. that was the second dime iver ever used a pre workout supp and honestly i wasnt impressed. the first one i used was a NO2 shot, and that made me burp alot and nauseated. also yes i took the amount listed for first time users. i was considering trying ravage, but i just hadnt had the money yet.
God's given me this temple to take care of, and I plan to make it as strong as possible.

Shocking that the people who give this good reviews seem to have never tried the better pre's on the market.

I've tried GNCs' line of pre workouts and I was put to sleep by them. NO joke I was stretching and went to sleep. I tried Ravage and I love this preworkout. It's better in the liquid single shot but the powder is great also. It gives me great energy and no real crash afterwards. The taste is bad but who cares as long as you get results. If you haven't tried it do it!!!! You will not regret it.
