i didn't know really where to post this, sorry since this is probably in the wrong section.
but my question is does genetics play a big role in bodybuilding/powerlifting. i mean i could see it playing some sort of role in it, but as a humans aren't we suppose to adapt to things? and we can surpass our ancestors? I'm a believer of anything is possible and we can surpass anything limiting us with hard work and determination, I ask this question because I'd like to hear about from more knowledgable people than me.
