    Thumbs down Jack3d Review

    What a bunch of crap. I tried 2 scoops and even 3 scoops before I worked out and all it did was make me feel like I had meth withdrawals (the BA). Didn't help my focus or energy at all, but I have a few marks from scratching myself crazy!

    I'll stick to my usual pre-workout mix.. 2% Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit!
